Our carefully structured programs go far beyond punching, blocking, and kicking. At our Academy we also host various activities and events for everyone’s convenience and enjoyment. We have parties for all major holidays, Day Camps on Professional Days, an annual Anniversary with Academy Awards, and many more exciting events. We also offer Birthday Parties filled with exciting Martial Arts Games and a Black Belt instructor ready to teach awesome techniques to all our birthday guests.

Coach Jamie speaks on why he got involved in Martial Arts training at the age of 12. He also speaks to the many benefits he has received from training and why he is teaching the curriculum he teaches today. Coach Jamie started with Tae Kwon Do back in 1988 earned Red Belt then moved into Karate where he earned Black Belt. From that time he began to train boxing with a local boxing team and Started training JKD, Muay Thai and eventually Brazilian Jiu Jitsu. His reason for training Martial Arts is the same today as it was when he started at age 12… to improve every aspect of his life and to learn build healthy habits both mentally and physically.
